These terms of use do not exclude users’ statutory rights guaranteed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In the case of international users, Croatian law shall apply in accordance with these terms, with mandatory jurisdiction of the courts in Split.

8.  Transfer of Assets and Restructuring
