Krka is Croatian National Park is located just a few kilometers from Šibenik. This natural beauty is situated on 142 square kilometers. The river Krka goes through National Park and the best time to visit them is spring and summer when You can even swim in the river. In a National Park, you will be walking on the wooden paths through enchanting moving water accompanied by the rare birds singing, while your guide is explaining all the details about the Park. Hydropower plant below Skradinski Buk waterfall is the second oldest hydropower plant in the world and oldest in Europe. Due plant-biological position and a large number of different habitats, along the river Krka there is an extremely diverse plant world. On a way back to Rogoznica we will stop in Šibenik. The city of Sibenik was a historical site, founded more than a thousand years ago. The most important monument is the Gothic-Renaissance cathedral of St.Jacob, included in the UNESCO´s World Heritage list in 2001.
